How To Know You're A Nerd?

I've done the test & here's my score :
67% scored higher (more nerdy),
2% scored the same,
and 31% scored lower (less nerdy).
What does this mean? Your nerdiness is : Not nerdy, but definitely not hip.

I guess I'm just average. I thot I was a nerd. But I guess these kind of things are very subjective. It depends on how you look at it, how you interpret or understand the meaning of "nerd".

Nerd : The True Meaning..

"Nerd"..Many of you have seen nerd people, talked to them, be friends with them, seen them or the least heard of the word "nerd"..But how many of you actually know the meaning of it?

From dictionary.com, nerd or nurd means :

1) a stupid, irritating, ineffectual, or unattractive person.

2) an intelligent but single-minded person obsessed with a nonsocial hobby or pursuit.

The word turns up in a Dr. Seuss book from 1950 ("If I Ran the Zoo"), which may have contributed to its rise.

I'd prefer the 2nd meaning which i think explains most of the nerd people we have encounter..
